Winterfest, in the Great Smoky Mountains has been a great experience for me over the past three years. Jerome Williams led worship for the event a while back. The following year, I led worship for this youth rally. Last year, Jerome and I co-led the youth event with 12,000 people in attendance. The experience was fabulous and the team leadership really worked well!

Jerome came to work with me and the praise team a few days early. We had several rehearsals and led worship at the Madison church. This special time together really prepared us well last year for a smooth and enjoyable experience in working with the projection, sound, praise team and event coordinators. I am anticipating a "mountain top" experience this weekend.
