On Saturday, Sharon and I drove to Clearwater Beach to enjoy some fresh seafood for lunch. We were surprised by how quickly the "rains came down as the floods came up."

We've been working feverishly to update our galleries. We have a whole host of photos available at this web site: www.AcappellaPhotos.com
We have an enormous selection from all the cities we toured in Brazil (and more photos being added each day.) Kim Brantley captured some amazing shots in South America. ![]() We have several Praise & Harmony galleries posted with the help of local photographers at each congregation. If there are certain photos you especially like in our new galleries, you can click on the "thumbs up" button to help us track the most popular shots. Acappella's 25th Anniversary concert is showcased here. ![]() I've posted over 500 photos of Charleston, South Carolina and 1,200 from our Mexican Riviera Cruise. Please leave a comment in my guest book at AcappellaPhotos.com - tell us where you are from and leave a short message. Thanks! Friday, February 8

We have several new photo galleries to share with you. Here's a link to the photos taken at the Praise & Harmony weekend in Bentonville, Arkansas. I should be receiving additional photos to add to this gallery.
![]() Bentonville Gallery You may have read about our wonderful time in South Carolina with the Summerville Church. They treated us to a tour of Charleston and Cypress Gardens. We'll be adding more photos from Summerville in the near future. ![]() Cypress Gardens Gallery Charleston is such a charming town with an enormous history that includes both the Civil War and the Revelutionary War. ![]() Charleston Gallery Hope you enjoy the galleries. If you find a photo you like, would you click the "thumbs up" so I can track the most popular photos? Thanks! Wednesday, September 5

Before touring the battlefield, we were oriented to the chronology of those bloody days through an "electric map" at the visitor center. 51,000 casualties resulted from this pivotal point in the American civil war.
![]() At the cemetery, a park ranger delivered his message with the passion of an evangelist. The terrible aftermath of those few days is hard to imagine. The heat of the summer compounded the problems of burials and the horrendous task of tending to the wounded. Robert E Lee's convoy of wounded was over 17 miles long in retreat. With Robert E. Lee's genius for commanding and strategy, I wonder what would have happened to history had he accepted the command of the Union forces that was offered to him in the first place? On Sunday, the Denisons and Williams gave us a tour of Fort McHenry, best known as the location that inspired "The Star Spangled Banner." In this photo, Jim seems to be a preacher looking for trouble. ![]() ![]() On this three week stretch away from home, we are enjoying visiting new and historical places. If you'd like to see more photos of Fort McHenry and Baltimore's Inner Harbor, click on Baltimore Photos. Wednesday, July 11
