We were blessed last week by the Heritage Church in Keller, Texas.  Karise Cheatham has been telling me we need to visit Saltgrass and we finally got to do just that.  Jim Hackney treated us to a special meal at this fine Texas restaurant.





But the trip was not complete until we made our way to Pappasito's in Fort Worth.  Notice on the sign that they speak English.  That's a plus.



This chain is really doing well.  They have a Canjun restaurant called Pappadeaux, another called Pappa Burgers and in Houston they have Pappa Seafood.  I forgot if there were any others.  Perhaps a Pappa Sushi?  Ha.



Notice on the clock that it was 9:30 PM as we arrived.  For someone who is used to eating an early dinner (5:00 P.M.) this constituted a late night, but well worth the trip.
