Looks like Dallas, TX to me.. The big ball that is/was Reunion tower (the Arena is being dismantled now I believe) plus the buildins to the left are always lit from top to bottom.

I would guess either Nashville or Philadelphia, based on the shape/size of the buildings. The suspenders are killin' me!

Yep, you can definitely tell that is Dallas! The reunion tower and greenish building with the triangular point at the top give it away!
