In the actual worship leading, not much. But for what makes a good worship ministry, a whole ton. And there's a lot of administration involved in the preparation of a good worship service too.

One of my challenges is that I don't have time to do the administrative tasks for my worship ministry, and I don't have a staff to do it for me. But that doesn't stop me from giving a high-energy "performance" and smooth flow in my worship leading. It just means that the ministry doesn't do anything more than project media and lead the worship assemblies.
