What do you see emphasized more often – godly example or public giftedness?

In what? in the worship assembly itself? or ... can you elaborate on the question a bit?

Most of these survey questions have to do with the assembly; especially the Sunday gatherings of Christians. I know that some of the questions are leaning toward certain common experiences, hopefully causing us to evaluate our practices and attitudes. For example, as a worship leader, I constantly hear comments like, "He has such a nice voice!" Although, there is absolutely nothing wrong with celebrating the quality talent of a given worship leader, our speech can betray us as we emphasize some things over others. At least, that's been my experience.

i think i understand your question. I seem to hear more about the talents of people rather than their christian example. Sad.
