On many cruises, they feature ice carvings. I'd love to see Gaylord Texan's ice sculptures too. How many Gaylord Hotels are there now?

Yeah. The ones at the Gaylord Texan are amazing. They have some artist from China come in and it's like 2million pounds of ice. You have to wear like special jackets, because the room is 9 degrees. But it's worth it!
