1. "A man selling ice cream singing Italian songs" (Saturday In The Park)
2. "Searching for something to say waiting for the break of day" (25 or 6 to 4) 3. "Being pushed and shoved by people trying to beat the clock" (Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is?) 4. "You're the meaning in my life" (Your The Inspiration) 5. "As time goes on I realize" (Color My World) All by one of my favorite groups Chicago. The brought Horns to the Rock World. Kinda Like Johnny Cash did to Country. Re: Name That Tune
Looks like it's a Chicago day!
1. Saturday in the Park 2. 25 or 6 to 4 (but the lyrics are backwards) 3. Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is? 4. You're the Inspiration 5. Color My World Re: Name That Tune
Oh, man, I am a big Chicago nut! I've got all of their albums on CD, and all that were released on LP, except the collections!
1. "Saturday in the Park," by from Chicago V 2. "25 or 6 to 4," from Chicago II (and the infamous remake on Chicago 18) 3. "Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is," from Chicago Transit Authority (their first album) 4. "You're the Inspiration," from Chicago 17 5. "Colour My World," from Chicago 2 Numbers 1, 2, 3 were written by Bobby Lamm, keyboardist and quite often social conscience of the group. Number 4 was written by Peter Cetera, and it appeared on his last album with the group. Number 5 was written by James Pankow, as part of the "Ballet for a Girl in Buchannon," which was essentially side 2 of the original two-LP album. Re: Re: Name That Tune
