To this day, still one of my all time fav ACA albums. I was an intern in 94 and the first day I arrived was the listening party. I remember chills at the first note of "All Hail the Power." Great stuff.

As far as your previuos question about recording, I can't just name one. It is so great when the true emotion of a song is captured on "tape." So many of your recordings, (all groups included) have done so. So many others. Just too many to name.

I love hymn albums! This one has always been my favorite of all the hymn albums that TAC has released, primarily because it was so unique. "Softly and Tenderly" still almost brings me to tears every time I hear it.

I also feel that, unfortunately, this is one of Acappella's more overlooked albums. I think when it came out in 1994, many people wrote it off because it wasn't "original material", but I believe that it ranks right up there with albums like "Rescue", "Sweet Fellowship", and even my all-time favorite Acappella album, "Set Me Free".

Plus, this album (along with Acappella Classycal, which was released right after this one) really showcased the arranging talents of Gary Moyers. 1994 sure was a good time to be an Acappella fan, wasn't it?
