Yesterday I spoke with Wes McKinzie, one of the longest active singers in AVB's ministry and found him very excited about the idea of a reunion. Wes has been working in the marketing department at Oklahoma Christian for several years and is about to finish his Masters degree. Wes and Delisa have a new addition to their family, a baby boy named Schad.
This gathering is in the earliest planning phases, but I have asked Wes to work on putting together the AVB reunion as part of ACAFEST 2009, which will be held at Lipscomb University, July 1-3.
