Just a short while ago, I received news that our trailer has been stolen while parked at an Oklahoma church building.  What a terrible feeling when someone steals something from you!  I wonder what the thieves are going to do with our nice Praise & Harmony banner that we normally take to every church?  What will they do with all the extra Acappella CDs and worship music inventory?

This is not the first time we've lost a trailer.  Almost three years ago, Acappella's trailer was stolen while parked at the Madison Church.  We lost a great deal of expensive equipment just before a mission trip.

About the time we start dwelling too much on the loss, God has a way of bringing encouragement.  Immediately after hearing this bad news, a message was forwarded to me from an Acappella fan which said,

"Thank You  -   You and your ministry have probably impacted my life more than any other thing in my whole life. I truly believe I am alive today because of your love of God and allowing him to work through you."

Good timing for these words.  I get stressed over different circumstances.  Some things are not worth stressing over.  It 's all a matter of perspective.

When I saw Wade at the Tulsa Workshop, he mentioned that in reading my blog that now it seems to be more pictures than words.

I say that if "A picture is worth a thousand words," then how many words would come from a thousand pictures?  You do the math.

One of the reasons I got into blogging was to have an outlet for the thousands of my pictures that resided on my hard drive that rarely, if ever, saw the light of day.  In addition to writing about singing, a cappella music, worship and Acappella Ministries, I really enjoy the opportunity to showcase my interests with pictures.

So, a thousand pictures is worth how many words?
