I'm up to 17 pounds bro...however, with Lindsey's graduation party this past weekend, i've probably taken a step or six backwards...It's amazing how losing some weight can help you with your "wind" when you're leading worship. I feel pretty good. I'll go back in a couple weeks for round two. Miss ya pal!

Happy B-Day, singing man!

Two songs come to mind in honor of your birthday, late is nte day though this is. The first is Dennis Jernigan's "I'm So Glad" (or whatever the title is). The second is a ditty I picked up from my Texas friends and which I imagine also echoes well in the Tennessee hills. (sung to the tune of "She'll Be Comin' 'Round the Mountain" with exuberant hand clapping on every beat). Ready?
