At times like these, I realize the value of social networking. The problem is, we need someone to fill the spot right away. With an upcoming tour in Brazil, we have visa arrangements and preparations that are due. Often in our searches we will find a talented singer who may not necessarily have a ministry heart. Of course, many, who are spiritually minded would like to sing who don't have a "professional" voice. It really helps when people pass the word on to other key connections who know a lot of potential prospects (like campus ministers, college deans and others who would be familiar with recent graduates, etc.)
