tim, i've been in your shoes. i didn't mention that the guy before the dude we have now would have the same attitude when he lead, too. he must be your guy's brother, or something. i can understand why guys would've wanted to be that loud in the past, but with technology the way it is today, the guy in the booth can make him as loud as he needs to be.
